(56X25=$1,400) I support Newsom's recall because he's an accomplice to PG not just the watermelons, among us. We'll End Poverty in California, realizing Upton Sinclair's (D) and Luis Rodriguez's (G) EPIC dream. We'll Eradicate Mass Incarceration (EMI). We'll ban new prisons, fight for universal suffrage and end slavery. We'll teach Ethnic Studies. We'll end the Drug War, spending the peace dividend on free public housing, free public education, and free public transit. We'll prosecute white collar crimes. We'll demand amnesty, sustaining a sanctuary state. We'll reset California's post-industrial economy for the 21st century, building a welfare state for the (lumpen)proletariat. After 2022, I retire. A shadow cabinet's our triumphant key stone; a secretariat ready to rule post-victory. I've three approaches for building a cabinet: 1.) Transpartisan cabinet of Greens, Democrats, Libertarians, and Peace we reject paleoconservatives. [Police Abolition, Guns, and Electoral Reform] POLICE ABOLITION: My centerpiece is to use public-public partnerships between colleges and cities to abolish police. For example, Napa City can institute police abolition by re-institutionalizing its “Police Department” into a “Peace Department” and Napa Valley College can re-program its “Criminal Justice Training Center” into a “Social Justice Training Center” to train custodial officers for Napa's new "Peace Department". Napa Valley College can remove all punitive policing methods (choke holds, racial profiling, violent use of force, etc.) from Police Academy training via an interdisciplinary curriculum, rooted in critical race jurisprudence, to train officers to de-escalate violence and provide mental wellness care. GUNS: I basically support registering legal firearms, such as handguns and other concealable weapons. Honestly, I'm processing my feelings on banning automatic and semi-automatic weapons. Generally, I support the people's right to own weapons. I just believe in fair and streamlined regulations. I do believe in limits. Obviously, its absurd to allow individuals to own nuclear weapons and carpet bombers. Arguably, such rights, in terms of monopolistic violence, can only belong to states. And yet, I still support global disarmament. Remember, Governor Ronald Reagan (R) first passed gun regulation after Huey Newton's (PFP) and Bobby Seale's (PFP) Black Panthers had the audacity to exercise their 2nd amendment rights at the State Capital. ELECTORAL REFORM: Electoral reform is crucial to save democracy. Republicans and Democrats wrestle over voter repression. Meanwhile, the duopoly protects a winner takes all system, fueled by corporate interests, effectively banning ALL Californians from true democratic representation. We need full-throated electoral reform; proportional representation (multi-seat districts, increase state legislative seats) and ranked choice voting (single-seat executive offices, municipal, school, college, county and special-district elections). Obviously, the Top Two primary system shall burn in fire and brimstone. When we win and when we govern, I echo Josh Jones' (G) 2018 gubernatorial promise, "the Green Party cannot, and will never, be authoritarian."
